Kerry founded The Ferguson Partnership in 1989 having spent many years in senior positions in industry including British Aerospace, The Littlewoods Organisation, GKN and Asda Group. With Asda Group he was Organisation Development Manager, Head of Management Development and Training, and Human Resources Director of Allied Carpets. |

Kerry specialises in employment law and has many years experience of representing clients in Employment Tribunals. |
